Windows and Doors Replacement in Edmonton

We are totally impressed with the windows and door put in our house last week. The house become wormer next hour the windows and door were in, we had to turn the furnace down. When in November? Fantastic... The quality and care of the installation are outstanding. Sasha is a "master" Installer very thorough and meticulous in his workmanship. All of them Installer Sasha his assistant Vitalii and their Regional Manager Elena make very professional and trustworthy team.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience with Weather Pro. Starting with the sales person Keith who was extremely pleasant, did not pressure me to make the decision, and answered all of my questions without hesitation (and believe me I asked a LOT of questions). I was told that I'd get the windows installed within 4-6 weeks and frankly I thought it would take longer since a friend of mine who ordered with a different company waited over 2 months. The installation was scheduled almost exactly 4 weeks and I am very thankful that they worked around my weird schedule. When the installers, Greg and Nick came they were very respectful and professional. I was EXTREMELY worried about my light carpet and my flowers around my house, as I worked hard to keep them alive. During the installation they encountered an issue with my old windows but resolved all right away. Best of all, when they were done they left my carpet spotless and my flowers completely in tact! I even got a followup phone call to confirm that all went well with the installation. Best of all after they installed the windows my heat bill this winter was twice as small as last year - which is why I wanted to change them in the first place. The windows work great and look good. I've recommended them to a few of my neighbours already and would recommend them to anyone - very professional, you will not be disappointed.

Keith the sales rep does not beat around the bush, he tells you in his honest opinion what will work, what will look good and if what you want will not work he will tell you exactly why. I never felt pressured from any sort of upsell on the products or service. Keith is very knowledgeable in this industry and will go through and answer any questions that are brought up and give a detailed description of any issues. Greg and his install team are very friendly and very quality oriented. I hovered around the job watching to see what and how they were doing, they would stop and answer any questions that I had and explained what and why they were doing what they were doing if I asked. They cleaned up the work area when they were done and did an awesome job with the install. I liked the fact that the product and the installers are all in-house, and not hired out like the other big window companies guys are. The windows are brought on install day with the installers and not delivered weeks before like some of the other companies out there. I was very impressed with this company and the quality of the windows that I just ordered replacements for the rest of my house.

I had my door installed today, I'm very happy with my new door it looks great, Keith the sales man was very nice, Greg the intaller was great came in installed the door cleaned up after the installation. I would refer weather pro to my refer weather pro to others.
