1. Eligibility

The Weather Pro Referral Program (“Program”) is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Weather Pro Windows & Doors are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Participate

Eligible participants may refer friends, family members, or neighbors by submitting their contact information through the referral form or online at weatherpro.ca/referral.
To constitute a valid referral, the submission must include the referred person’s full name, phone number, and a verifiable contact method. By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have obtained the prior consent of the referred individual to share their contact information with Weather Pro.

3. Reward Conditions

Referrers are eligible to receive a reward of up to $1,000 CAD per qualifying referral.
A referral qualifies for a reward if the referred person:
• Signs a contract for window or door replacement services totaling $5,000 CAD or more (before taxes and rebates), and
• Completes full payment and the installation is finalized.

Additional reward details:
• Contracts under $5,000 may be eligible for pro-rated rewards.
• Rewards are issued per qualifying project, not per individual.
• Payments are processed within 30 calendar days of project completion.

4. Bonus Draw

Each valid referral automatically enters the referrer into a quarterly draw for a chance to win additional prizes or promotional gifts.
Winners will be selected at random and notified by phone or email. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

5. Limitations

To maintain fairness and integrity of the Program:
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
• In case of duplicate submissions, only the first referral received will be considered.
• Referred individuals must be new clients with no prior contact or quotation history with Weather Pro in the past 6 months.
• Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, unless explicitly stated.

6. Tax Liability

Referrers are solely responsible for any federal, provincial, or local taxes arising from receipt of any rewards.
Weather Pro will not issue tax slips (e.g., T4A) unless required by law.

7. Program Modifications

Weather Pro reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Referrals received prior to any such changes will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of submission.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Weather Pro shall not be liable for:
• Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete submissions;
• Technical errors affecting the referral system or prize draws;
• Any misuse of referral rewards after issuance.

Weather Pro reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process or violates these Terms.
