Job Description:
- Achieve appointment targets
- Help train and motivate call center representatives as they answer questions, handle complaints, and provide support for clients.
- Ensure that quality leads are created by confirming appointments on the phone and email
- Have the ability to understand the lead generation process and interpret lead qualification metrics
- Communicate with Sales Managers and Customers with phone calls, emails and text messaging to ensure smooth calendar flow changes in the field on the same day.
Requirements:
- Call Centre: 2+ years (Preferred)
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership skills
- Organizational and processing skills
- Strong team collaboration skills
