Job Description:

• Achieve appointment targets
• Help train and motivate call center representatives as they answer questions, handle complaints, and provide support for clients.
• Ensure that quality leads are created by confirming appointments on the phone and email
• Have the ability to understand the lead generation process and interpret lead qualification metrics
• Communicate with Sales Managers and Customers with phone calls, emails and text messaging to ensure smooth calendar flow changes in the field on the same day.

Requirements:

• Call Centre: 2+ years (Preferred)
• Fluent English
• Strong leadership skills
• Organizational and processing skills
• Strong team collaboration skills
